Pool & Gardens
Three acres at the quiet end of the village, kept lightly, with a private entrance off the road and a bougainvillea lined drive. A solar heated pool encased in a rock waterfall, gardens grown over thirty years, and hammocks slung where the shade falls.
The pool and the cabana
Held in its rock waterfall, the pool keeps a bubble seat for soaking away the day, and a cabana at its side. Come early and you will share it with the birds, who take their daily bath on the waterfall.
The gardens
Two Moroccan gazebos stand in the garden, one kept for yoga and treatments. Hammocks hang behind the waterfall in the shade of the trees, the breakfast terrace looks over the water, and behind the pool a guest kitchen keeps a cupboard and a fridge for every room, with a charcoal barbecue for long evenings.
A spa in the gardens
Treatments are taken today in the garden gazebo, as they have been for years. The spa itself is being made among the leaves, water and warmth in the green.
